Cordes sur Ciel, its name evokes in the imagination a village perched in the sky. At dawn, you can see its stones, steeped in history, being dazzled by the sun. A timeless place, of which the author Camus counted wonders. Its remarkable architectural heritage is bordered by fortifications and numerous doors welcoming us to the heart of a magic of yesteryear.

My mom was born in Bordeaux and my dad in Noailles near Cordes-sur Ciel. I have so much memories about this medieval city where my grandma used to live. What’s magical about this town is that each time you get out there, you discover new narrow streets like “Rue Chaude” which literally means “Hot Street”.. I’ll let you guess what this street was about centuries ago…
