  • Lightly toast nuts and crush. In a skillet, melt together: butter, salt, vanilla, corn syrup and maple syrup. remove from the heat and add the nut mixture. Meanwhile, beat eggs and add the room temperature nut mixture. Fill up the pre-baked crust.

  • Bake at 330ºF/165ºC in a fan oven for 30 minutes. Let cool and cut out with a serrated knife. Enjoy!
