Smoked Salmon Amuse-Bouche
- Trim off pain de mie crust, and cut into serving slices. Spread butter over bread slices, and top with smoked salmon. To facilitate the cutting process, place prepared breads in the freezer for 2 hours. Cut into 4 portions and garnish with salmon roe and dill. Enjoy!
