 90 g Hazelnut, toasted
 200 g Milk
 30 g Dry milk
 20 g Honey
 2 g Salt
 80 g Dark chocolate
 80 g Milk chocolate

What does contain commercial Nutella? For 500g: Fat 8 oz/150g / Sugar 9.5 oz/283g – more than 50%. Per serving (19g): Fat 5.8 grams / sugar 11 grams.
What does contain my homemade Nutella?: For 500g: Fat 3 oz/95g / Sugar 2.3 oz/70g. Per serving (19g): Fat 3.6 grams / Sugar 2.6 grams.
Hazelnuts are rich in unsaturated fat. They also contain proteins, carbohydrates, fibres, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium and magnesium. Hazelnuts and almonds are excellent for the organism. They are also known for their use in many pastries and candies with their delightful results as chocolate-praline. Almonds are rich in proteins, iron, magnesium, potassium, phytosterol, omega 3 and omega 6 fats, contributing in the reduction of cholesterol. Almonds and hazelnuts peel s provide vitamin E, rich in polyphenol antioxidants contributing to anti-aging. They contain natural fibres that enhance bowel function. They are an exceptional source of calcium, which like magnesium, are essential for the good health of teeth and bones. Chocolate contains alkaloids such as theobromine and phenethylamine, which have some physiological effects in humans and has been linked to serotonin levels in the brain, it has also been said to reduce the possibility of a heart attack when consumed regularly in small amounts.

Turn toasted nuts into butter stage using a food processor. Meanwhile, bring milk, dry milk, honey and salt to a simmer – shut off heat, and add chocolates. Pour in food processor and blend with nuts. Fill up a container; chill to set prior using. Keep up to 10 days in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
