 250 g Puff pastry*
 400 g Apples
 10 g Brown sugar
 40 g Butter
 5 g Powdered sugar

*Use store-bought puff pastry or make you own (Look up Inverted Puff Pastry). Pick baking apples such as granny smith, golden delicious, pink ladies...

Roll out pastry into a 3mm thick sheet, and chill. Meanwhile, peel and core apples – and cut into a millimeter thick slices using a sharp knife or mandoline. Cut chilled pastry into a 9''/23cm round. Place inside a nonstick pan or tray. Arrange apples slices around the edges, and scraps in the center. Add brown sugar and butter chunks.

Bake at 400ºF/200ºC for about 50 minutes. Set oven to broiler. Dust baked pie with powdered sugar and place under the broiler for about 4 min or until desired color is achieved. Cool to room temperature – Enjoy!
