Cake Batter
- Cake should be about 0.75-inch/2cm tall. Sift flour and baking powder together; set aside. In the stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or by hand, beat the softened butter (microwave butter a bit to soften up) with salt, sugar and zest. Add eggs gradually, then the sifted powders, and the orange juice.
Baking
- Bake in fan oven at 375ºF/190ºC for about 20 minutes. Let cool to room temperature. Enjoy!
