I wanted to offer you my newsletter, a mix of the latest recipes, tips on seasonal products, and a glimpse into my daily life in the southwest of France. Once or twice a month, I send you updates to immerse you in my world. It’s also an opportunity for me to announce some exclusives, sneak peeks, and upcoming live events. I also take the chance to answer some of the questions I receive about gastronomy or cooking techniques.

In short, it’s a simple way for us to stay connected and for you to enjoy unique insights.
