Batter

  • Beat eggs with sugar and salt. Add milk and melted butter. Sift flour and baking powder together and mix in the eggs mixture.

Cooking

  • Peel, core and dice pears. In a hot nonstick pan, melt butter and sauté diced pears with vanilla and honey. Cook for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on medium heat. Pour batter over the fruits; do not stir up. Cover and cook for 15 minutes on low heat. Flip cake over and cook the other side for 5 minutes. Slide cake onto a plate, dust with some powered sugar is desired and serve warm. Enjoy!
