Tuna Bruschetta

 150 g Toasted bread slices
 100 g Tuna in olive oil
 70 g Mascarpone, or cream cheese
 10 g Anchovy paste


Tuna Spread

Drain tuna. In a food processor, blend tuna along with the anchovy paste, and mascarpone. Add more anchovy paste if needed. Spread tuna mixture on toasted bread, and garnish with minced green onions, or chives, and cured black olives. Enjoy!
