Ingredients
500 g Puff pastry
Grated parmesan to cover the pastry
Ground black pepper / paprika / cayenne

Flour work surface. Roll out puff pastry into a 4 mm thick sheet. Cover pastry with parmesan, and season with paprika and cayenne. Cut into strips and twist. Best chill overnight.
Bake at 400ºF for about 10 min.
