Filo Dough Flower
To make filo dough flowers, start by drizzling melted fat over the pastry sheet.
Use a pastry brush to evenly coat the entire surface.
Next, gently push both sides of the sheet toward the center to create a wrinkled strip.
Carefully roll the strip into an escargot (spiral) shape to form the flower. Place the shaped filo flower inside a tartlet ring and repeat the process until all the dough is used.

Bake in a preheated fan oven for about 18 minutes at 375ºF/190ºC.
