 500 g Russet, or Bintje potatoes
 1500 g Frying oil



Slice out potato into 1.16''/1.5mm thickness gaufrette. Soak in running water until water becomes crystal clear. Drain and pat dry.


Dip fry gaufrette potatoes for about 6 minutes, or until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
